I think my US spec ICU went kaput, but I do however have an Euro spec ICU from the same year model. The Euro spec is larger plus looks entirely different, but plugs are the same. What say you?

peppier than the worn ecu?
or peppier than a well functioning US ecu?
could be a performance upgrade option for US cars
how much would you say you gained?
