If they didn't lower the compression ratio and add an intercooler, then yes, I will die.

That's insane, or very clever moving the K-jet to the other side of the engine. I think my low compression CA car could handle a little boost, but that looks like too much work.
Why did he move the K-jet?

That is actually pretty interesting! It's nice to see different things done to the m110 engines. Do you know of a parts list or anything for this set-up?

I made this some years ago in this is what i can tell you: 1.Fuel head is next to the turbo wich can create an accident, exhaust turbine can go easily more than 1400°. Its the all you need to explote one car. 2.Intercooler, the air temperature increases and the mix air-fuel gets poor, creating sometimes pre detonation. 3.I guess this person spend some $$ in fuel lines, accesories and others, this can be used in programmable ECU and have better features. 4. Using the stock fuel injection theres only a couple o ways to have more enrichment, but you will never have an accurate setting. Adolfo That is actually pretty interesting! It's nice to see different things done to the m110 engines. Do you know of a parts list or anything for this set-up?

Haha sounds like an interesting car bomb! Are there any other attempts at the m110 turbo system that anyone knows of? I adore the m110 engine. It's pretty solid as far as reliability (with the exception of the occasional fuel problems).

1 of my friends, has turbocharged 2 M110 G-Wagens, they both use the standard injection, with a piggy back injector driver, running 2 extra injectors. This little ECU is usually used for water injection systems, but it does seem to work pretty well for this job. Both of these are still running with no problems 12 and 15 years after conversion, and both are running around 15psi of boost. I'm planning a similar conversion in my 280E, but I'm going start off running around 6-8psi, and go from there, I'm going to use the turbo off of a 1989 Toyota Supra 3.0.
